The “Meridian Knowledge and Skills” is the first core module of the Series – The Essential TCM Skills for Health and Wellness Practitioners – designed to equipped Health and Wellness practitioners essential TCM skills and knowledge to help manage issues arise from the aging population
A continuous flow of Qi and energy in the meridian systems help strengthening the body’s vital energy. Manipulation on the meridian through proper understanding of the systems, and the selection of major acupoints to mobilise “Qi” or energy to different part of the body systems, improving illnesses recovery time, energy levels, and immune functions, and restoring the balance to our body.
Course objectives:
The course was designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the TCM meridian theory, meridian systems and 120 major acupoints with details explanation on their indication. with hands-on skills and techniques for individuals engaged in this healthy lifestyle activity. The knowledge will empower them a have a strong understanding and practical knowledge of Meridian Systems to apply the knowledge into their current activities.

- Details of the 12 primary meridians
- The importance of 8 extraordinary meridians
- Accurately locate 120 acupoints and their special functions.
- Special Acupoints grouping and pairing principle
- Application of Meridian and Acupoints in Healthcare activities
- Acupoints selection protocol for illnesses

- 3 days, 8 hours per day,
