Consultation Objective:
The 60-minute “Face-to-Face” Zoom Chinese Medicine Consultation aims to provide clients with a comprehensive and in-depth exploration of their health concerns and offer tailored recommendations based on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) principles. The extended duration allows for a more thorough health assessment, a detailed TCM diagnosis, and a comprehensive treatment plan, fostering a deeper understanding of the client’s well-being and promoting holistic healing.
Consultation Details:
Pre-Consultation
- Preparation:
- Provide clients with a Constitution’s questionnaire to gather information about their health history, current concerns, and any specific symptoms they may be experiencing.
- Request clients to gather any relevant medical reports or test results to share during the consultation.
During Consultation
- Introduction and Client Verification (5 minutes):
- Greeting and introduction to establish the client’s identity and contact details.
- Allow clients to share their background, medical history, and reasons for seeking a TCM consultation.
- Take note of any specific concerns or questions they would like to address during the session.
- TCM Health Assessment and Symptom Analysis (15 minutes):
- Review the completed health questionnaire with clarifications or additional information.
- Conduct a detailed discussion on the client’s main health concerns
- Perform Observation, Auscultation and Inquisition analysis
- TCM Diagnosis and Pattern Identification (15 minutes):
- Based on the information gathered, provide a comprehensive TCM diagnosis
- Explain the TCM diagnosis in depth
- Treatment Plan Development (15 minutes):
- Develop a personalized treatment plan based on the TCM diagnosis
- Recommend a combination of TCM therapies, which may include acupressure points, herbal medicine, dietary adjustments, lifestyle modifications, and self-care practices.
- Provide explanations for each recommended therapy.
- Q&A (5 minutes):
- The client to ask questions, seek clarifications, and express any concerns related to the treatment plan or TCM principles.
- Follow-up and Closing (5 minutes):
- Discuss the possibility of scheduling follow-up consultations
- Summarize the key points covered during the consultation
Post Consultation
- Preparation for delivery of Medication: (If required)

- Allow time for preparation of Medication with Central Dispensary
- Arrangement for delivery of Medication
- Medication Fee for Chinese Medicine powder granules : S$ 15 – S$ 30 per day.
Consultation Registration Process:
- Upon successful payment, you will receive an email or mobile message indicating mutually agreed timing and containing the Meeting ID and Password to access the consultation time slot
- You will be given a Constitution Self-Check Form, which can do and discuss with Dr Clement Ng during the initial consultation.
- Please take available all your medical reports, medication or supplements you are currently taking before the start of the consultation. Sign in 5 minute before the start of the consultation.
