Ms Tai Lee Kian

  • (NYP lecturer who will be conducting “What does the laboratory blood test tell me about my health?”)
  • Ms Tai Lee Kian is currently the course manager for Common Science Programme in Nanyang Polytechnic, overseeing the curriculum.
  • She has over 9 years of teaching experience for the Medical Laboratory Science modules and training students for working in clinical labs.
  • She obtained her Master of Science while working in National University Hospital of Singapore as a research assistant for breast cancer research using proteomics and other molecular biology techniques.
  • Before that, she worked in Department of Laboratory Medicine, Biochemistry section, National University Hospital as a Medical Technologist.
