Dr. Clement Ng Shin Kiat is a distinguished Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner, educator, and thought leader with over 30 years of clinical and academic experience. He is the founder of TCMandYou, a leading platform dedicated to promoting TCM education and wellness, and serves as the current President of the Singapore Acupuncture Association.
A doctoral graduate in Chinese Internal Medicine, Dr. Ng is actively involved in national and international efforts to advance TCM standards. He chairs the Technical Committee on Complementary Medicine & Health Products in Singapore and holds leadership positions within the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies (WFCMS) and the World Federation of Acupuncture Societies (WFAS).
Through his deep commitment to education, Dr. Ng has trained over 10,000 students from 148 countries and continues to deliver accredited TCM wellness programs supported by SkillsFuture Credit and NTUC UTAP. His courses are designed to equip Health and Wellness Practitioners with foundational and advanced TCM knowledge, blending classical principles with modern applications.

黄欣杰博士是享誉国际的中医临床专家、教育工作者与行业领导者，拥有超过30年的丰富经验。他创办了中医教育与健康推广平台 TCMandYou，并担任新加坡针灸学会会长，致力于推动中医在本地与国际的发展。
黄博士拥有中医内科学博士学位，现任新加坡辅助医药与保健产品技术委员会（TC on CMHP）主席，并在**世界中医药学会联合会（WFCMS）及世界针灸学会联合会（WFAS）**担任重要职务，积极参与中医标准化建设工作。
他热衷于中医教育，至今已培训来自148个国家超过10,000名学员。他所设计的课程均获得新加坡技能发展局（SkillsFuture）学分支持及职总UTAP资助，为健康与保健从业人员提供系统化、实用化的中医知识与技能培训，结合传统智慧与现代实务。
