Physician Phoon Ngan Lin is a seasoned and well-respected Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner with over 16 years of clinical experience. Known for her deep-rooted dedication to both patient care and TCM education, she combines classical Chinese medicine principles with a modern, person-centred approach to health and wellness.
Graduating from the Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (新加坡中医学院) in 2008, Physician Phoon has been serving the community with unwavering professionalism and compassion. She currently practices at Huisheng TCM Clinic (惠生中医诊所), where her key areas of focus include TCM ophthalmology and women’s health. Her clinical practice is distinguished by personalized treatments grounded in classical texts and time-honoured techniques.
A passionate advocate of community service, she has volunteered at the Ophthalmology Department of Chung Hwa Medical Institution for over 16 consecutive years, providing traditional eye care therapies to patients with chronic and degenerative eye conditions.
Physician Phoon is an active member of the Singapore Chinese Physicians’ Association (中医师公会) and the Singapore Acupuncture Association (新加坡针灸学会), exemplifying her ongoing contribution to the professional TCM community.
As an ACTA-certified trainer with six years of teaching experience, she has mentored and trained numerous TCM students and health and wellness practitioners. Her structured, engaging, and clinically insightful teaching style has made her a trusted and respected educator among learners.

在回馈社会方面，潘医师同样不遗余力。她在中华医院眼科部担任义诊中医师已有16年，长期为患有慢性眼疾的病人提供传统中医疗法，以仁心仁术守护大众眼健康。
