    1. Basic Anatomy and Physiology for Ageing (August 1-4) 7.30-9.30pm
    2. Nutrition and Diet for Wellness and Longevity (August 15-17) 7.30-9.30pm
    3. Mental wellness and Resilience for Coping with Change (Sept 5-8) 7.00-10.00pm
    4. Functional Movement for fitness and Longevity (Sept 19-21) 7.30-9.30pm
    5. Basic Functional Bodywork (Sept 26-28) 7.30-9.30pm
  • Live Training for Program 4 and 5: 27^th September  (9.30am to 5.30pm)  (Come prepared in sports gear)

Course Fee: S$1,000

(100% Singapore SkillsFuture Credit Claimable for Singaporean)

 For NTUC member with insufficient SFC, the 50% of course fee can be claimed from NTUC-UTAP after the end of the course.

Registration Process:

• If you wish to use your SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) towards this course, please follow the following procedure
  • Please register for the course and select SkillsFuture as the Payment method and complete the order.
  • You will receive an Invoice for Course Confirmation in PDF for the Course Fee from TCM and You upon successful registration,
  • Upload de invoice on to the SFC website (https://www.myskillsfuture.gov.sg/) to make your claim submission. Before the start of the course
• Subject to the amount successfully claimed, you should pay the balance of the Course Fee before the start of the course.
• 50% of the balance course fee can be claimed from NTUC-UTAP if you are a NTUC member, subject to conditions.

SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) Use: 

• Log in to the SkillsFuture website through MySkillsFuture.gov.sg to submit your claim using your SingPass, and upload the TCMandYou Invoice Confirmation PDF as supporting document.
