  • Module 1: Introduction. Circulatory System, Digestive System
  • Module 2: Endocrine and Immune System
  • Module 3: Respiratory and Reproductive System
  • Module 4: Skeletal system
  • Module 5: Muscular System
  • Module 6: Nervous System
  • Module 7: The Brain 
  1. Nutrition and Diet for Wellness and Longevity (8 hours)
  • Module 1: Nutrition fundamentals: Proteins, fats, carbohydrates, dietary fiber
  • Module 2: Micronutrients, Phytochemicals, Hydration and fructose
  • Module 3: How diets work. Review of Different diets. Paleo diet
  • Module 4: Ketogenic Diet, Metabolic Restoration Diet
  • Module 5: Plant based diets. Nutrition for the young and elderly
  • Module 6: Lifestyle management and diet
  • Module 7: Nutritional Supplementation
  • Module 8: Sports Nutrition

  • Module 1: Guide to Dis-ease, Wellness & Prevention
  • Module 2: Optimising your Life Force and Brain Productivity

  • Module 4: The Power of Breathing Mastery
  • Module 5: Overview of Exercise
  • Module 6: Functional Movement Mastery 
  1. Basic Functional Bodywork (12 hours)
  • Section A: Postural Integrity
  • Section B: Neck and Shoulders, arms and Chest
  • Section C: Stomach, back and side
  • Section D: Hips and Buttocks, Quadriceps and Hamstrings
  • Section E: Upper calves, lower calves, shin, ankles and feet
  • Section F: Integrated treatment protocol

Course duration:

  • 48 hours

Teaching & Learning methods:

  1. Lecture and case analysis.
  2. Practical Mastery of Exercise and practice
  3. Assessment of knowledge manipulation competency
  4. Hybrid of Zoom classes and Classroom training (Program 1 – 3 = Zoom, Program 4-5 = Zoom)
